This notice describes the information that may be handled when you browse Kodavara.com, contact Kodavara, submit the website contact form, or request harness release updates.
Kodavara uses information to operate the site, respond to inquiries, provide requested services, and send release updates you explicitly request. Contact and release-signup submissions are sent securely to Kodavara's ClickUp Intake List for review and follow-up. The site does not sell inquiry or signup information.
Scope
This notice applies to the public Kodavara.com website and to information received through direct website-related communications. A separate client agreement, service provider notice, or platform policy may apply to information handled during an engagement or on a third-party service.
Information we handle
Information you choose to provide
If you email, call, or otherwise contact Kodavara, the information may include your name, contact details, organization, role, project context, and anything else you include. A website inquiry may also include requested services, current systems, timing, desired outcomes, page attribution, and your acknowledgment of this Privacy Notice. A harness-update signup may include your name, work email, organization, selected PM or GRACE Harness interests, attribution, and your consent to receive those updates.
Basic website and security data
The services that host and protect the site may process basic request information such as IP address, browser and device characteristics, requested pages, referral information, and timestamps. This data can be needed to deliver the site, maintain reliability, and investigate misuse or security events.
Cookies and similar technologies
Kodavara does not use this site to serve targeted advertising. Hosting or security services may use technologies that are necessary to provide and protect the site. Third-party sites you choose to visit have their own practices.

Kodavara does not sell personal information for money or use it to send unrelated bulk marketing messages. Submitting an inquiry is not blanket consent for unrelated promotions; harness updates require a separate affirmative signup.

It may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to a valid legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or complete a business reorganization or transfer. Kodavara does not publish inquiry details without permission.
