DataFlow: Your ClickUp Data, Ready for What Comes Next.

Bring your data together, set your formats, and save the rules for every export. Your next system has its own rules for column names, date formats, time values and combined fields. Save them once and every run applies them to fresh data.

Flat Cost

No Tokens. No Meter. No Surprise Bill.

DataFlow runs on the rules you save, not on AI, so nothing about your exports consumes tokens or credits. One flat subscription covers your workflows as they grow, and your AI budget stays free for work that is actually worth doing with AI: research, decisions and agents, not renaming columns.

Plan limits apply. See the pricing page on dataflow.kodavara.io.

  • No AI tokens to buy or run out of
  • No metered usage charges
  • No Make or Zapier license needed
  • No flows to build, configure or monitor

Moving ClickUp Data Into Another System?

DataFlow maps, reshapes, scrubs and transforms raw ClickUp data so the system on the other end accepts it. Durations become hours, dates change format and status values are mapped.

What the video shows

Raw ClickUp values on the left, such as a duration of 9,000,000 ms, the date Sep 7, 2026 and a status of In Progress. On the right, what the receiving system needs: 2.50 hours, 2026-09-07 and ACTIVE. DataFlow sits in between and does the conversion, so the exported file arrives ready to use.

How It Works

Source. Shape. Deliver.

DataFlow · · Illustrative
1

Choose the ClickUp Data You Need

Connect your workspace and select the supported data and scope for your export. Start with a template or build your own.

2

Make the Structure Yours

Select and rename fields, combine related context, apply filters, and choose the formats your workflow expects. Preview a sample before running the full export.

3

Reuse the Resulting Workflow

Generate CSV or Excel output, or use supported delivery back into ClickUp. Run again when needed, or schedule it at the frequency included in your plan.

Formatting Examples

Your Data. Your Format. Every Run.

One workflow needs decimal hours. Another needs hours and minutes. Finance wants one column name while your team calls it something else. Set the rules once and the next run applies them to fresh data.

Use Cases

Pick the Problem You Recognize

These are examples, not separate products. DataFlow takes the data already in your ClickUp workspace and turns it into the shape the next system needs.

  • Billing Preparation: time entries, client references, project context and notes in one consistent file for review and import
  • Weekly Portfolio Files: the same project, owner, status, due-date and business-field columns for each reporting cycle
  • Operations Handoffs: column names and formats matched to the file structure your next process expects

Why DataFlow

The Formatting Is the Product

Set It Once, Change It When You Need To

A new client needs different columns, or finance changes its import format. Update the supported mappings, preview the result and save. The next run uses the new definition.

Your File, With Nothing Added

No watermark, logo, generated-by row or trial banner. The file contains your columns and your rows.

The Same Answer Every Time

Saved rules run the same way on every export. No model decides what a column means this week, and there are no AI credits to run out of.

Know What Ran

Follow each run from queued to complete, review errors, and find the output in one place.

Less Repeated Preparation

Save your field selection, names, order and formatting, and reuse the definition for the next export.

A Price You Can Budget

One monthly subscription with the limits shown on the pricing page. What you can run is what the plan says.

Why Purpose-Built

Why Not Build It in an Automation Tool?

You could stitch exports together in a general automation platform. DataFlow is built for exactly this job, so the work is done for you.

Nothing to Build

Choose the data, name the columns, set the formats and save. There is no flow to assemble, map or debug.

Nothing to Monitor

Run history, errors and files are in one place, so you are not watching a flow to see if it quietly stopped.

No Extra License

No Make or Zapier license and no automation-platform fees on top of your DataFlow plan.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What data can DataFlow export?

DataFlow connects to ClickUp today and reads the supported workspace data you select. Other connectors are planned.

What formats can I deliver?

CSV or Excel files, an emailed link, or supported delivery back into ClickUp. You can also run an export on a schedule, at the frequency your plan includes.

Do I need to write code or scripts?

No. You choose the data, rename fields, combine values, apply filters and formulas, and save the result as a workflow. Supported changes later are done by editing the saved definition.

Does DataFlow use AI?

No. Saved rules run the same way on every export, so there is no model deciding what a column means this week and no AI credits to buy or run out of.

Will the file have a watermark or branding?

No. The file contains your columns and your rows, so it can go straight to a client, an accountant or an import without anyone editing it first.

Can I try it before I subscribe?

There is currently a free three-day trial of the full builder, and you can cancel any time. Plan limits and pricing are listed on dataflow.kodavara.io.

Can I see what ran and what failed?

Yes. Follow each run from queued to complete, review errors when something needs attention, and find the resulting file in one place.

Your Next Export Should Not Start From Scratch.

Choose the data, set the structure, and save the workflow.
