Agentic Automation

Where Agentic Automation Fits in Property Management

Agents handle the judgment calls and repetitive follow-up. Rules keep the predictable steps predictable, and people stay in control of anything that matters.

1

Request Triage

An agent reads each maintenance request, suggests a category and urgency, and flags likely duplicates. A property manager approves the assignment before a vendor is contacted.

2

Turnover Coordinator

When a move-out is logged, an agent creates the turnover task set, checks that each step has an owner and reports which units are behind. Managers decide how to reschedule.

3

Vendor Follow-Up

An agent finds work orders past their expected date and drafts a status request to the vendor. A person reviews the message before it is sent.

4

Lease Renewal Prep

Ahead of each lease end, an agent assembles the unit history and drafts a renewal reminder or notice for review. The manager approves anything that reaches a tenant.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Do we have to give up our property management software?

No. Many teams keep their accounting and leasing platform and use ClickUp for maintenance, turnovers and projects. We look at what you run today and decide where ClickUp adds the most.

How is tenant information handled?

We decide with you what tenant data belongs in ClickUp and who can see it. We avoid putting sensitive personal data into agent workflows unless your policies allow it.

Can agents contact tenants or dispatch vendors alone?

Only if you permit it for specific, low-risk cases. By default they draft and a person approves, and every action is recorded. Emergencies such as gas leaks or flooding should keep going through your emergency line, not a task queue.
