Do you work with teams that are new to ClickUp?
Yes. We set up new workspaces from scratch, including structure, templates, automations, training and rollout, so your team starts with a system that fits.
We already use ClickUp and it has become messy. Can you fix it?
Yes. We start with an assessment of what is there, then simplify the structure, clean up fields and automations, set standards and train your team on how the workspace should be used.
What does a first engagement look like?
A short call to understand your goals, then a scoped proposal. Many clients start with an assessment or a focused project, then add training or part-time admin once the build is in place.
Which platforms can you migrate from?
We migrate from tools such as Asana, Monday, Jira and Trello, and from spreadsheets and email. You review the field and status mapping before anything moves.
Can you build things ClickUp cannot do on its own?
Often, yes. Beyond ClickUp configuration, we build integrations, custom apps and portals, and our own tools such as DataFlow, Render and Workbench extend what ClickUp can do.
How is pricing structured?
Work is scoped and priced before it starts. Assessments and project builds are fixed scope, workshops are per session, and part-time admin is a monthly block of hours. Tell us what you need and we will send a quote.
Do automations cost extra to run?
ClickUp plans include their own automation limits, and we design within them. Where a different approach would be cheaper or more reliable, we tell you. Our own automation systems run at a fixed cost with no AI token meter.
Who owns the workspace and the documentation?
You do. We document what we build, train your admins and hand over a runbook, so you are never dependent on us unless you want ongoing support.
Can you act as our admin part time?
Yes. A monthly block of hours covers requests, fixes, small builds, monitoring and regular reviews, with a clear queue and turnaround.
