A Space or Folder template saves the structure for a new location, with the parts you choose, so every franchisee starts the same way.
Recurring Standards Audits
Audits and compliance checks repeat on a schedule or after completion, with checklists and owners.
Franchisee Access
Guests can be given permission on specific items, so a franchisee sees their own location and shared resources only.
Network Dashboards
Dashboards report on audits, rollouts and open requests across locations.

- Guests and seat allowances depend on your plan, so check them against the number of franchisees.
- Guests see only what is shared with them, so permissions must be set for every location when it is created.
- ClickUp does not handle royalties, sales reporting or contracts, so those stay in your finance and legal tools.
- A template needs one owner, or locations drift as people edit copies.
- Franchise agreements may limit what you can require, so check obligations with your advisers.
